We all need to look after our mental health in the same way as we should look after our physical health. There are simple steps we can take to keep ourselves healthy, such as through a balanced diet, regular exercise, having a good night's sleep and talking with friends and family. If we feel unwell, there are people we can turn to for help, whether we have physical or mental health difficulties.
